Bug#335106: konqueror: cannot copynpaste for smb target home subfolders

cannot copy and paste to smb://<~
destination>/subFolder_foobar
With konqueror open, and using two tabs, one local,
the other smb://,
even though the remote target is a subfolder with all
the appropriate
permissions and isn't a special target of anykind (eg:
symlink) and both
systems pertaining ext3, pasting an individual or
folder doesn't work.
the message that pops up is 'Access denied'.
it may be recursive to report this, this sounds it has
to do with
it..but existing subfolders on the target, which have
the normal user
permissions-- I cannot create further subfolders/files
in them.
however I'm able to create a subfolder in ~ (smb://)
and am able to pass
files in this subfolder.
This occurrence is new to me after apt updating.
