Bug#331028: kwalletmanager appears to be broken on powerpc

There are no wallets shown in the manager window, and adding a new
wallet from the configuration dialog doesn't produce any new wallet.

Similar KDE installation on i386 (same *exact* version) seems to be
working properly.
