  IMHO this is an es problem more than a kdelibs one. AFAIK no POSIX
shell require = to be escaped. I lower the severity of the bug.

  if I create a shell on tomorrow that *needs* letters to be escaped in
command line, I can't honnestly await programs to pass well formed
command to me.
