Bug#323251: qt4-dev-tools: Launching assistant causes warnings and no functionality due to missing files

While laucing assistant, numerous dialogs containing various derivations
of the text below appears:

"Documentation file /usr/share/qt4/doc/html/designer.dcf does not exist!
Skipping file."

Subsequently, no data is available in assistant.

Problem is solved by installing qt4-doc.
