Well, the NAME parameter is now OK, but you should do the same for the
the FROM field (or put blanks away as in the destination Fax nummer):

Sending to fax using: /usr/bin/fax NAME="'Robert Cheramy'" DEV='modem'
PAGE='a4' FROM='+49 12 34 56' send  '+49123456'
'/tmp/kde-tibob/kdeprintfax_5y5TkUm4'
/usr/bin/fax: line 424: 12: command not found
