kopete cannot connect to msn account "@hotmail.xxx" where "xxx" is not "com"

This bug has been fixed : http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=96304
but the patch is not yet in debian sid.
Is there a plan to include this patch before the release of kde 3.4 ?
