Bug#302508: kdebase-bin: Non-functional key in German keyboard layout when using kxkb

If I use kxkb to switch keyboard layouts there is a non-functional
key on the German keyboard layout.
The lower left key (with "<", ">" and "|") does not respond. If I do not
use kxkb this key just works fine.
