  this is not really a bug, and certainly not important at all.

  when a user id already exists, then you have two choices :
  * you can right click on it in the keys list, and then ask for
    reaload it from your keyserver
  * you can delete it from your keyring, and download it again, though
    it's not the good way.

  So, if you don't mind, I'll downgrade the bug into wishlist, since
what you want is more or less a dialog that ask you for replacing the
old uid with the new one.  Am I correct ?
