This is a konqueror issue. file urls have to look like: file:///tmp/somefile ... when dragging a file from konqueror to the compose window, file:/tmp/somefile is used. According to url spec the latter is wrong. Most browser are just graceful and convert it to a valid url if you enter it in the address bar.
