Bug#289554: kmail: forwarding creates empty attachments

I create an e-mail with an attachment and store this mail in the outbox
folder (local). Now I choose "forward as attachment" for this mail,
enter an addressee and store the resulting mail in the outbox, too. Now
I reopen this second mail with the composer. The composer shows me two
additional attachments, each having text/plain as its MIME type and a
size of 0 bytes.
