yes, this is a known bug in the latest libflac4 package. We have to
upload a new version of kdemultimedia to get this solved, but we can't
do it until the maintianer of some other package uploads a newer
version of his package first. Otherwise, we'd get the same problem.
Please just be patient.
In the meantime, I really recommend that you install and put on hold
(i.e., don't upgrade) the previous version of libflac4, 1.1.0-11. You
may fetch it from:
http://packages.debian.org/testing/libs/libflac4
