Package: konqueror
Version: 4:3.3.1-3
Severity: important

Clearing fails to clear an item-location that does not exist.
eg:
In the config file for konqueror ->filemanagement
   (~/.kde/share/apps/konqueror/profiles/filemanagement)

  ViewT0_URL=file:/mnt/hdc5/asubdir/asubdir/mymp3zdir

>From the toolbar and in the konqueror settings to clear history fails to
clear this item.

I get this annonying popup saying this
/mnt/hdc5/asubdir/asubdir/mymp3zdir does not exist when I click on the
"Home" button from the desktop.

I commented out this line in the config now I'm getting a popup when I
click on 'Home' ->"Listing folders is not supported for protocol about."
How to fix this? (I've been testing sid and never touched my configs
other than this commenting out).

you need to learn how profiles work in konqueror, check the konqueror
  handbook for more information.

for now, you can delete the ViewT0_URL line, manually set it to some
other directory, or do: open 'Home', change directory, do settings ->
  'save view profile "filemanagement"'.

I hope this help, but please next time try not to submit an
"important" bug just after you hit some trouble; when in doubt if
you're seeing a real bug, you can write to debian-kde@lists.debian.org
  first. see http://lists.debian.org/debian-kde/.

  closing this bug.
