I had this problem until a recent upgrade, which could have been the upgrade
of kdebase to 4:3.3.1-3. I see that you still have 4:3.3.1-2 of
kdebase-bin, while 4:3.3.1-3 is available. Could you try upgrading this
package (and any other kdebase packages that are at 4:3.3.1-2) and see if
that fixes things for you?

Thanks,
Josh
