No, the solution to this problem is not to tell new Debian users how to fix it 
manually but to have the default installatoion free of bugs. This means 
installing xfonts-konsole by default and enabling bitmapped fonts by default.

OK, I will file two new bug reports if you wish so. But I am quite new to the 
Debian BTS and have a small problem: What is the correct package in BTS to 
report that missing xfonts-konsole?
