I didnt read the file because the exact location was not given. (I know that I 
can use tools on the command line or e.g. konqueror to find files but I right 
now I am putting myself into a new users position.)

This would be a little step in the right direction.

I see this a little bit different. The default install of Debian should not be 
in a broken state. It should "just work". Right now konsole has a broken menu 
entry. This can be fixed and I dont see a technical problem. If there is one 
please explain.
