Bug#257895: kwifimanager: Bad iwconfig command line

kwifimanager generates the following command line when switching
between configs:
iwconfig eth1 essid <ESSID> mode managed rate auto key key restricted key
s:XXXXXX key on power off s:XXXXXX
Looks like there are too many "key" keywords. This way the encryption
key is never applied to the interface generating
Error for wireless request "Set Encode" (8B2A) :
invalid argument "key".
If I call
iwconfig eth1 essid <ESSID> mode managed rate auto key restricted
s:XXXXXX
from the command line all is running fine.
