Hello!
The KDE guys claim that the bug is fixed upstream (see
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47627) und some Gentoo users confirm
this. In this case it's a problem with the Debian packages.
Further, maybe kwin wasn't the right package to file this bug against, as
kdesktop sounds more appropriate. I leave that up to you.
