uhm, that is probably kwallet just doing his job, that is, store
passwords for internet sites. you should be experiencing the very same
behavior with other sites that require you to authenticate, right?
you can globally disable the wallet system in KControl -> Security &
Privacy -> KDE Wallet.
if I've completely misunderstood your report, and in fact you're used
to kwallet and what you're reporting is, in fact, some anomalous
behavior, please try explaining again.
