Bug#275613: kleopatra doesn't install because of gnupg* not installable

  the above url is *in* the description of the package and its contents
  *are* in /usr/share/doc/kleopatra/README.Debian, so it should be
  easily findable. (ok, the url in the description has an error, but
  still is helpful).

  waiting that gnupg2 enters unstable, for which NEW processing has to
  happen first. in the meanwhile, kleopatra is in the contrib section.
