After upgrading to the latest KDE in testing, all my menus have
disappeared.
The suggestion I've seen in various places of installed menu-xdg doesn't
make any difference.

I am closing this bug now that it appears it was just an issue of
needing to restart KDE. It is always recommended to restart KDE after
upgrading the KDE packages in Debian.
