Followup-For: Bug #269223

The file arkservicemenu.desktop (allows extraction of archives) has 
disappeared also. It seems these two .desktop files are not included in 
upstream kdeutils 3.3 either. Maybe they have been moved?

I have copied the files from kdeutils 3.2.3 tarball into 
"/usr/share/apps/konqueror/servicemenus/" manually as a temporary 
workaround.
