Bug#271028: ksvg: svgdisplay crashes on startup

If I start svgdisplay *.svg, I get the following message:

kio (KMimeType): WARNING: KServiceType::offers : servicetype
KSVG/Renderer not found
KSVG - Parser: ERROR: Couldn't load any canvas!!! FATAL ERROR.
KCrash: Application 'svgdisplay' crashing...

I am attaching the crash report from the KDE Crashmanager. Strangefully
enough, on another Debian box which is also up to date, KSVG works.
On the other box I did a fresh KDE 3.3 installation, though, while on
this one I did an upgrade from KDE 3.2.3
