Bug#267074: kuser fails to add group to user

I added the group staff to a user in kuser, and even tried save, but no
effect was seen when the user tried to newgrp to it.  It appears that
kuser updates group, but not gshadow.  Manually adding the change to
gshadow fixes the behavior.
