Bug#253275: ark: crashes on destination dir "~"

Package: ark
Version: 4:3.2.2-2
Severity: normal

When I select ~ as the destination directory for unpacking,
ark crashes. Selecting /home/eike as directory didn't crash,
so it was only the "~". I don't know if this should actually
work, but at least it shouldn't crash.
