Bug#251604: kopete: does not remeber passwords

I checked it, the wallet manager displays me a "kdewallet" which contains a
"Kopete" folder. In that folder are 3 PAssword entries for my 3 Kopete
accounts, which the correct passwords.

The access control for the wallet allows konquerer access always, all other
access is prompted. Currently if I start kopete, it prompts for it, when i
first enter the password and activate "remeber password". But the rember
password checkbox and the password itseld seems forgotten on next disconnect or start.
