Bug#244688: debianlogo.png missing from kdm-3.2.x

The file /usr/share/apps/kdm/pics/debianlogo.png went AWOL in the
upgrade from 3.1.x to 3.2.x. This means that those of us which used it
for our greeter icon were suddenly iconless. It would be nice if it
could be put back. Thanks!
