Hi!
I noticed that having installed kdelibs4-dev, kde-devel and kde-devel-extras,
doxygen doesn't appears on my system (using apt installing with suggests, and with
recommends). IMHO, it's a very useful package, and it should be mentioned, at
least, in one of those packages above.

There isn't any real need to suggests or recommends doxygen since only a
few things even use it and the ones that do don't seem to use it very
much. So I am closing the bug.
