Bug#236700: kicker: missing /usr/bin/kde-update-menu

The real problem here is that /etc/menu-methods/kdm and
/etc/menu-methods/kicker have not been removed in the pre- or postrm
of the old packages. I think I think we should remove the
/etc/menu-methods/kdm and /etc/menu-methods/kicker files in the
postinst of a new package.
