Bug#236532: KLaptop in unstable KDE breaks in many ways in 'enable pcmcia' mode

Once you enable pcmcia (by providing the root password), klaptop breaks
in many ways.  The following things break from my experience:

Quit menu option does not quit
Lock and suspend only suspends
Configure KLaptop does not pull up configuration dialog
