Bug#236045: kdeprint: kprinter locks up when print is pressed

I started it in several ways. First of all using it from an application
(e.g. kjots and kate). Then by trying to do kprinter test.ps (a file
which prints fine if I do lp test.ps [using lp from cups]). I just
checked and kprinter doesn't seem to be expecting anything from stdin -
in the 'Expand options' dialog, it shows the filename and doing ^D in
the console (when I call it as kprinter test.ps) doesn't do anything.

Thanks,
