Package: scotty
Version: 4:00-02-21-1

using tkined1.5.0, ip discover, discover ip network, for
the locally connected ethernet segment, the report displays:

202 nodes found on network 10.8.27 in 20 seconds.

the command window where I invoked tkined displays:

nmicmpd: failed to send ICMP message
    while executing
"icmp trace $ttl $todo"
    (procedure "trace_route" line 12)
    invoked from within
"trace_route $addrs"

    invoked from within
"discover_traces"
(procedure "Discover IP Network" line 47)
    invoked from within
"{Discover IP Network} {}"

and none of the discovered hosts show up.

This package has been removed from Debian unstable because it has not
been maintained in Debian (orphaned for over 130 days) and is also no
longer being developed upstream.
