Debian Derivative BOSS Linux being mandated by Tamil Nadu state gov't in India



As far back as 2011, the Indian gov't recommended the transition to open
source in preparation for Windows XP's end-of-life deadline.  But Tamil Nadu
is the first state to mandate the installation of BOSS Linux, a Debian
Derivative from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC).
