Hi there, Publicity Team!
I am thinking of joining the team, since this is not a good moment for
me to dig in the source code of Debian, but I would love to do
something to help the project.
By now, I have helped setting up a local Debian community, a new Debian
mirror [1], website [2] and forum [3], and I'm getting very close on
joining public FLOSS events with nice and shiny Debian merchandise :)

My time resources are of course limited, but I already read a lot of
Debian mailing lists, have a good (but not flawless) idea about Debian
project structure, and I also have some future plans regarding some
wnpp items. I think the Publicity Team would be the best start atm.
I can help translating and/or editing the DPN, posting to identi.ca
account, or write random articles on Debian-related blogs. I also find
the tasks briefly described at [4] appealing enough.

I do not own an Alioth account, but I will do it if needed. I am
expecting further guidance from this point on, by the means of IRC,
email or Debian lists.
