So, let's try to get closer to an ideal world! It might be argued that you are in conflict of interest here. As a matter of mere style I, and many others with me, wouldn't have participated in this thread beside an initial self-contained mail presenting your position. Others would consider that more than a matter of style and as something that should be avoided at all costs. Can you please consider the possibility of stopping participating into this thread? I personally don't think you're "driving" the decision. We've made clear that the decision will be taken by regular editors and I think we have consensus on the fact you're not among them. And I don't want to believe that their positions can be affected by 1 or 2 more posts of yours. At the same time, I've the impression your continuous participation in this thread isn't helping either. There are people for which this topic is clearly very touchy, seeing repeated mails from someone who is in conflict of interest wouldn't help this decision. From an external point of view, I think Tolimar was doing an excellent job at trying to reach a decision, considering all point of view (including yours!). I propose to leave this discussion to him and other DPM editors, shall we? (yes, that's a rhetoric question) I don't think your (as in Raphael's) position is being underrepresented in this thread. It's pretty clear to all lurkers. If you think something need to be added, I'm available to act as a mediator: you can mail your extras to me (or Tolimar?) and I'll be happy to forward them if I believe they'll add anything to the discussion.
