Hi!

We just finished the last bits for the latest issue of the Debian Project
News to be released ... uhm yesterday ;). We would appreciate reviews and
translations.

Instructions can be found on http://wiki.debian.org/ProjectNews.

As usual, the current issue is available on the publicity subversion
repository, even via HTTP:
http://svn.debian.org/viewsvn/publicity/dpn/en/current/index.wml

Cheers,
Francesca
Thank you Francesca. Putting the current issue's link directly in your mail is practical.
Here are my remarks:

Beside the Debian group, founded on January 2009, there is also an
official <a href="http://identi.ca/debian";>Debian account</a> (from which
various news items and announcements are broadcast) and <a
href="http://wiki.debian.org/Teams/Publicity/Identica#Identi.ca_.2BAC8_twitter_accounts_of_Debian_teams";>some
accounts</a> and <a
href="http://wiki.debian.org/Teams/Publicity/Identica#identi.ca_Groups";>groups</a>
for specific Teams.

"Teams" does not have to be capitalized.

Stefano Zacchiroli wrote an <a

interesting post about DebConf11</a> that explains why DebConf
is a truly FOSS event: there is no company behind the organization,
since all the work is done by volunteers (the
DebConf Team).

I don't know DebConf much, but some companies are sponsors, so while there is no *single* company being DebConf, I think this sentence is misleading.

Debian's Stable Release Team released advisories for the package:
<a href="http://lists.debian.org/1305055836.6748.570.camel@hathi.jungle.funky-badger.org";>clive</a> and <a href="http://lists.debian.org/1305055890.6748.577.camel@hathi.jungle.funky-badger.org";>pianobar</a>.

That makes 2 packageS.
