As long as the development and services partners are also split into
their own pages, I think this should be fine. I'd suggest one of these
two situations:

/partners content split into /partners/development, /partners/service
and /partners/financial
/partners/partners content moved to /partners

Information about financial partners added to /partners.

Perhaps we could initially start with the second situation and do the
split when and if the page becomes unweildy, unless you think it
already is.

IMO equipment (or money) donors are not partners and belong at these URLs:

/donations/equipment
/donations/equipment/XXXX
/donations/money
/donations/money/XXXX
