What I understand is that, according to Joey, Marc referred, in his
debian-news email, to his post to debian-devel-announce. And Joey says
that a press release should be self contained.

As far as I parse, Marc's press release seems to have been about a mail
in debian-devel-announce about Etch's release instead of being directly
a press release about Etch's release.
Please contradict if I am understanding something the wrong way.

Maybe this information is already too verbose for the press. But I am
not a specialist.
