Two press release proposals: CGL, Roboat

Hi,

how about issuing two press releases:

1. Sarge has now, thanks to HP, carrier grade specification
   consecrations. IMHO, this is important for Debian.

2. An automatic sailing ship "Roboat", made by InnoC, steered by
   a fanless VIA Mini-ITX 600 MHz "captain" with 1 GByte flash
   card and running Debian, won the "Microtransat" competition.

Maybe someone has better writing and English skills than I have
and would like to issue a press release. It would be nice to
include quotes by the respective involved people, i.e. OSDL and
HP in the first, InnoC and ENSICA in the latter case.
