a linux install fest (fwd)

This may not be strictly what people were thinking of when this list was
set up, but here goes.

Debian needs some resources to help people. People occassionally
write to webmaster asking for resources (mostly CDs) and the majority
of them are worthwhile. To date I have sent them to one of the vendors.
I'm sure we could come to an agreement with one of the vendors to supply
CDs to us for free for publicity purposes. I'd suggest trying LSL first
as they have been the most friendly and helpful vendor of the bunch.

I have not responded to this person yet. Can you do it for me?

when age fell apon the world, and wonder went out of the minds of men;
when grey cities reared to smokey skies tall towers grim and ugly, in
whose shadow none might dream of the sun or of spring's flowering meads;
when learning striped the earth of her mantle of beuty, and poets sang no
more save of twisted phantasoms seen with bleared and inward eyes; when
these thingsd had come to pass, and childish hopes had gone away for ever,
there was a man who traveled out of life on a quwest into spaces whither
the world's dreams had fled.
