DRAFT: Debian's Birthday!!

Please read and comment. I just basically threw together what I know. I'll
write it a little better when I have time, but I'm looking for more content
for the News section. I want to release this announcement on Thursday
morning so people will know about the IRC party when it's time.

Thanks, Nils.
