These have both been on the web site for quite a while. The faq (name changed
to update.faq) is even linked from the 2.0beta release news item. The
libc5-libc6 HOWTO is in 2.0/autoup/ (which also contains everything for
autoup). I'm sure it is linked from somewhere. Please reference these on any
news items.

Documents really need to be put into standardized locations. It is a real pain
keeping track of documents spread all over the world.

I believe the number is over 400 now. You should get confirmation on
