just to clear up a few things zack and me just discussed on IRC:

Well, the wording my upstream used to explain what agreement he has
with DDG sounded way more restrictive than it really seems and (in
retroperspective) was likely emotionally touched.

Ok, if there's no penalty, it's fine for me.
