Hi folks,
It is almost that time of the year again. Indeed, it is later
this year, since we had a GR last year shortening the time intervals
for the election -- nomination 1 week, campaign/discuss 3 weeks, and
vote 2 weeks. Here is the tentative time line:

Given that we have a short nomination period, I'd suggest that
potential DPL candidates start getting their platform ready, and that
the submission date for the platform be early in March, since the
platforms and rebuttals should be in place before the debate. So I
would suggest the platforms be turned in on Sunday, March 9th, and the
rebuttals a week later on Sunday March 16th.
Also, people who are willing to conduct the annual Debates will
have less time to coordinate and plan, since the nomination period has
been shortened, and the debate would need to be held in the later part
of march.
