I too feel that Kartik should not yet be allowed to upload packages
unchecked. Not understanding the architecture field and *not* asking
the sponsor for help it is a show-stopper, IMO.
DM team, please consider this a "second" to remove Kartik from the DM
keyring, as per the GR.
