Well, that was so in June, but apparently everybody including the leader
forgot about this in the last three months. So, it looks now that that was
one of those things that "seemed like a good idea at the time" but in
practice it doesn't work.

I'm going to post on -vote asking for input regarding the details of the
proposed multiple person election procedure, because that was only remaining
part of my old proposal that was technically unclear. (Perhaps it's better
in general that that part of constitution text modification is done
separately, because it's generic.)
