That sounds like a recommendation...

From what I can see [0], in the past six months you've sponsored about
83 uploads for (afaict):

    Aurelien Gerome Jeremie Corbier
    Cyril Brulebois Jeremy Bobbio
    Emmanuel Bouthenot Julien Louis
    Fathi Boudra Khalid El Fathi
    Gregory Colpart Ludovic RESLINGER

of which about 52 were for Fathi. To me, that sounds like it meets the
requirement of "sponsored 30 uploads in the last six months" that I
suggested for being able to recommend a DM originally [1].

It seems sensible to me to have the recommendation take the form of a
file that we can just dump directly into jetring. I was thinking something
like this (for holger) looked sensible:

The required fields are Changed-By, Comment, Date, Action and Data;
the others are just useful extra information for people who're trying
to find out about the maintainer.

The advocacy there is probably well above what should be necessary
(it was an AM report, after all), but some brief comments on what
they're like from various DDs who've worked with them is still probably
worthwhile. Some brief comments to the effect that they'll follow the
social contract and Debian policies, and that they understand how to
keep their key secure might be worthwhile too.

I guess Fathi's worked closely with Daniel Glassey (clucene-core), Gustavo
Franco (desktop-base) and Mark Purcell (KDE extras) so some of them
might have nice things to say about him that might be worth including.
If any of the KDE team or Enrico (as his AM) have any comments, likewise.

Anyway, what do you think about having a go at creating a jetring stanza
something like the above for Fathi?

Cheers,
aj
