	Just to add a reference and a "seconded".

	I checked with Don Armstrong about SSL support in FreeNode and
OFTC (because of debconf6 sniffers) and at the moment FreeNode does
[1]not support SSL. It is a good argument to move irc.d.o to OFTC (and
maybe add ircs.d.o).
