A representative that came to Portugal last year, IIRC from Unisys
representing EU OSO quite clearly stated that Java was "open source",
and seemed to suggest Free Software not so good for Management because
"they have ethics", somehow trying to say that "open source" was more
pragmatic.

I think that that kind of support is quite misleading and should be
improved...

His mesage was not only factually wrong, but also seemed to
subconsciously suggest that "open source" activists would sell their
grandmothers for business, and I don't subscribe that PoV.
