Your package has the Official Use Logo in it, and strong consensus is that
that logo is not allowed in main. The proper and expected course of action
upon finding that logo in main is to file an RC bug against it to have it
removed.

If you disagree, and believe that logo should be allowed in main, then
indeed the proper place to discuss having the trademark policy changed
is not the BTS, and you can attempt to take steps to change the situation
if you like. However, in the meantime the RC bug is still correct and
should be fixed, or (if you refuse to adhere to both the Social Contract
and the license on the Official Use logo), remain open.
