I am forwarding this spam complaint that I sent to
hotmail.com; the spammer forged an e-mail address using
debian.org, a clear case of libel, an international civil
crime. Because such misuse of your organization's name is
highly damaging when associated with spam, I urge you to
sue the customer and hotmail.com for millions of pounds in
damages.
